These Billing Terms & Conditions explain how pricing, payments, taxes, security and refunds work when you purchase from https://onlinesofaworld.co.uk (the “Website”). Read them together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Warranty Policy.

1) Secure payments (SSL/TLS encryption)
Checkout is protected by SSL/TLS. All sensitive data (e.g., card numbers) is encrypted in transit.
2) PCI DSS compliance
Payments are processed by PCI DSS Level 1–compliant providers. We do not store full credit/debit card numbers or CVV codes. We only receive limited details (e.g., last 4 digits, card brand, expiry month/year) for reconciliation, fraud prevention and support.
3) Accepted payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and may offer PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna/Clearpay (availability depends on your device and location; the checkout shows current options).
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
4) Pricing, currency & VAT
- Prices on the Website are listed in GBP (£).
- Prices include VAT where applicable. (If you need a VAT invoice, see Section 9.)
- Any additional costs (e.g., express delivery) are shown clearly at checkout before payment. We do not add hidden fees. See our Shipping Policy for details.
5) Order authorisation, capture & invoicing
Your card/payment method may be authorised at checkout. We capture (charge) the amount when your order is confirmed and/or dispatched.
You’ll receive an order confirmation after checkout and a dispatch email (with tracking) once your order ships.
If you need a VAT invoice, email contact@onlinesofaworld.co.uk with your order number.
6) Statement descriptor
Your bank statement may show “DECORNEST LTD” or “Decor Nest” (the exact text can vary by provider).
7) Refunds & returns
Refunds follow our Refund & Return Policy and UK consumer law (including your right to cancel).
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return; your bank may take 3–5 working days to post funds.
8) Chargebacks & disputes
If you believe a payment was made in error or you see an unknown transaction, please contact us first at contact@onlinesofaworld.co.uk. We’ll investigate promptly.
Raising a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution.
9) Fraud screening & order verification
We use automated and manual anti-fraud checks. We may request additional verification (e.g., proof of address/ID) before accepting or shipping an order. Orders that fail verification may be cancelled and refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order, including limits per person, household or order (e.g., same account, card, billing or shipping address). If we change or cancel an order, we’ll try to notify you via the email, billing address or phone provided at checkout.
10) Storage of payment information
We do not store full card numbers or CVVs. Tokenised references may be stored by our PCI-compliant processors to manage refunds, recurring payments (if applicable) or fraud checks.
11) Buy Now, Pay Later (if applicable)
If we offer financing/BNPL (e.g., Klarna, Clearpay, PayPal Pay in 3), your agreement is directly with that provider. Their terms, fees and credit checks apply. Review their policies before completing your purchase.
12) Errors, pricing changes & availability
We may correct errors or omissions (e.g., price/description) and cancel/refund orders in such cases. Pricing and availability may change without notice, but changes won’t affect already confirmed orders unless there is a material error.
13) Compliance with laws
We comply with applicable consumer, payments and data protection laws in the United Kingdom. Your personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR.
14) Changes to these Billing Terms
We may update these terms periodically. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. If changes are material, we’ll notify you on the Website or by email before they take effect.
